About Our Founder

Aaliytha Stevens spent over 20 years in the Theatrical Advertising & Marketing industry. She began her career in Account Services at SpotCo and went on to develop leadership roles in Operations, Human Resources, Direct Marketing, and Audience Development.

Aaliytha is passionate about “doing the work” in the areas of diversity, equity, and community. She is a trendsetter and cultural shaper, working to improve the statistics from the root up. Aaliytha proudly serves: on the board of the Black Theatre Coalition, on the advisory board of National Black Theatre’s Catalyst: Seeding Permanence for Black Theatre and the New Vanguard, on the advisory board of The Theatre Leadership Project, as co-chair of the Multicultural Taskforce of the Broadway League (and sits on their Business Development and EDI Committees), and on the board of New Heritage Theatre Group. Additionally, she is an active member of BWA (Broadway Women’s Alliance) and WOCA (Women of Color in the Arts).

Aaliytha is an alum of Citizen University’s Civic Saturday (Cohort 17), is Mental Health First Aid Certified, and completed THRT (Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation) Training.
